eZuza – Privacy Policy
- Privacy – Each eZuza.com user agrees to the Terms and Conditions of our Privacy Policy. By doing so, you are in agreement that your name, cell phone number and email address may be made available as identification to anyone that you have used the eZuza Mobile Payment system to make a consumer purchase. eZuza.com agrees to never divulge this information, nor to use it for any reason other than for the sole method of identification purposes.
- Password/PIN - Your eZuza account password/PIN is your responsibility and it is therefore up to you not to divulge this information to anyone else. In the instance where you lose your password or suspect someone else has obtained it, it is your responsibility to notify eZuza of this problem immediately. eZuza is not responsible for losses incurred by its members as a result of misused or lost passwords.
- Indemnification – All customers release eZuza, and its respective affiliates and subsidiary companies and their respective employees, agents, officers, and directors (including advertising and promotional agencies) from any and all liability with respect to acceptance, receipt, use or misuse of any product or service as a result of purchases through eZuza.com.
- Email address – For each visitor to our eZuza website, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer’s domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible).
- Domain Name – At the eZuza.com site, we amass only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, cumulative information on what pages consumers log onto or visit, information submitted voluntarily by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone numbers, etc). The information we amass is used to improve the content of our Web page and is used by eZuza.com to contact consumers solely for marketing purposes.
- Application of cookies – eZuza.com utilizes cookies to store visitors preferences, verify session information, record user-specific information concerning pages users access or visit, alert consumers to new areas that we think might be of interest to them during repeat visits, and document past activity at a site in order to provide better service when consumers return to our site.
- "Do Not Contact" Option – If you do not want to receive e-mail from eZuza.com in the future, please notify us by e-mail provided in the contact us section.
- Periodic Mailings – If you furnish us with your email or postal address when visiting us online or via cell phone, you may receive periodic electronic messages or mailings from us with information regarding new services, products and related eZuza updates that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by notifying us via e-mail, telephone, or mail at the address/phone number as listed in the contact us section.
- Voluntary Disclosure of Proprietary Information – At eZuza.com, we provide our site visitors with access to certain information [including proprietary information] upon request, such as consumer information that we may have gathered during site visits, unique identifier information (e.g., customer number, password) or pin, transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made transactions, amounts and types of purchases etc.) that we keep in our electronic files, or contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain in our records.
